She was predeceased by: her parents, Malcolm Edgar Tuck and Ella Mae Jones Tuck; her husband Willard Mullinax; the fathers of children, Dann Crockett and Robert Tant; her son Rocky Mullinax; her siblings, Linzie Tuck, Charles Tuck, Florence Hice, Katherine Luttrell and Betty Koon; and her husband Dann Crockett.
She is survived by: her children, Shelia Lewis (Brad) of Estill Springs and Jim Mullinax (Tenn) of Hillsboro. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
