He is survived by: his wife Edith Hasty of Estill Springs; his children, Jill Hasty Gipson of Winchester, Paula Crosslin of Winchester, Billy Hasty (Christy) of Tullahoma and John Brents of Estill Springs; and his brother Bobby Hasty (Doris Farris) of Winchester. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
