He was predeceased by : his parents, Mary Vanzant and Maurer; and his siblings, Glenn Vanzant and Ronnie Vanzant. He is survived by : his wife Sylvia Vanzant of Estill Spring; his children, Jennifer Vanzant Howard (Richard) of Chattanooga, Karen Vanzant King (Christopher) of Tullahoma and David Andrew Vanzant (Alison) of Chattanooga; and his grandson Elliott King of Tullahoma.
