He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Royston and Sara Louise Sample (Clark); his wife Judy Sample; and his brother John I. Sample. He is survived by : his siblings, Sara Ann Stephens (Allin), Gloria Catherine Rackley, Charles Randall Sample (Genny), Thomas Darrell Sample (Nancy), Rebecca Rhea Carr and Tracy Lee Sample; and his children, Brandon Sample and Holly Sample Jensen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
