He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Holt and Julia Holt (Matthai); and his siblings, Joseph A. Holt, Jack L. Holt, Ronald W. Holt and Mary Robitaille.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Holt; his sons, David Holt (Ann), Tim Holt, Bob Holt, John Holt (Michelle) and Ron Holt; and his stepsons, Brian Carter and Kevin Lane (Michelle). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Franklin Memorial Gardens (188 Halfmoon Rd, Winchester, TN 37398).
