He was predeceased by: his parents, William Koedyker and Helen Powell Koedyker; his wife Bonnie Koedyker; and his brothers, Ronald and Tom Koedyker.

He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Golly (Randall) of Decherd and Jodi Szczypinski (Robert) of Highland, IN; and his stepchildren, Bonnie Anderson (Tony) of Griffith, IN and David Griffin of Portage, IN. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
