He was predeceased by : his parents, Steve Crowe and Jennie Mae Stephens Crowe; his wife Frances Crowe; and his siblings, Johnny Crowe and Nina Sue Leath.
He is survived by : his children, Mark Crowe (Missy) of Huntland and Michelle Howard (Tenn) of Estill Springs; his half-brother Nathan Pratt of Winchester; and his grandchildren, Shane Meeks of Huntland, Casey Crowe (Breanna) of Winchester, Jacob Crowe of Huntland and Austin Howard (Lucia) of Winchester.
