He was predeceased by: his parents, Will Thomas Curtis and Sara Sutherland Curtis; his wife Charlene; his daughter-in-law Kim Curtis; his son Tim Curtis; and his granddaughter Lacey Curtis.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Curtis and Susan Curtis of Estill Springs, Tenn.; his sister Patricia Lane (Troy) of Pelham; and his grandchildren, Will Curtis (Sara) of Estill Springs, Kristen Payne of Cowan, Ashley Curtis of Melbourne, Anthony Curtis, Emberley Payne, Arya Payne and Drake Curtis.
