He is survived by: his mother Linda Faye Smith (Eddie King) of Estill Springs; his siblings, Kenneth Brewer (Sarah) of Winchester, Tommy Smith of Nolensville, Tenn, Tammy Vandiver of Winchester, Elaine Partin (Kelvin) of Tullahoma, Tess Gutierrez of Tullahoma and Michelle Luke (Chris) of Tullahoma; and his grandchildren, Shawn Goff, Ashlynn Goff, Brody Goff, Staley Goff and Chloe.
