He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Wiley and Sally Frame (Powers); his wife Lois Frame; and his brother Grady Mayes. He is survived by: his children, Sabrina Parks (Adam) of Winchester and Tony Frame Jr. of Estill Springs; his siblings, Susan Wildman (Anthony) of Estill Springs, Patty Inmon (Mike) of Estill Springs, Janet Wiggs (Terry) of Estill Springs, Shellie Cavett (James) of Estill Springs and Chris Frame (Sandra) of Winchester; his grandchildren, Brooke Parker, Jordan Parks and Hunter Frame; and his great grandchildren, Josh Frame and Lila Frame. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
