He is survived by: his children, Johanna Gifford (Zachary Gifford) of Winchester and Joshua (Brittany Baker) of Estill Springs; his siblings, David Conner (Elaine) of Hillsboro, Tenn, Kenneth Conner (Beth) of Manchester, Johnny Conner (Christy) of Fayetteville, Donnie Conner of Oklahoma, Pat Watkins (Bobby) of Tullahoma and Evelyn Reese (Wayne) of Tullahoma; his grandchildren, Dustin Russell of Winchester, Charles Russell of Winchester, Rachael Russell of Winchester, Dameon Conner, Jazymn Conner, Cory Conner (Lisa) of Tullahoma and Chase Conner; and his great grandchild Ayden Russell.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services (103 Peters Rd, Estill Springs, TN 37330). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
