He is survived by: his parents, Ashley Hagan of Ethridge, TN and Steve Yocom of Loretto, TN; his siblings, Harli Johnson of Ethridge, TN, Camdyn Johnson of Ethridge, TN, Falon Yocom of Loretto, TN and MaKenzey Johnson (Beaux) of Lawrenceburg, TN; his grandparents, Becky Hagan of Lawrenceburg, TN, Carolyn Johnson of Westpoint, TN, Wayne and Patricia Yocom of Loretto, TN; his aunts and uncles, Matt Hagan (Kara), Jason Hagan, Joseph Yocom (Katy), Danny Yocom (Ashleigh), Scottie Dewitt (Ashley) and Eddie Johnson; his cousins, Crew, Deacon Hagan, Emma, Kara Dewitt, Evan Yocom and Curt Yocom; and his close friend Kye Hasty.
The family suggests memorials be made to Ethridge Elementary School Library Fund or the Blessing Boxes throughout the county.
