He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Bailey and Mary Willadean Whitehead Bailey; his brothers, William Bailey, John Bailey and Darrell Bailey; his grandson Noah Bailey; and his son-in-law Brian Gallett.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Clark Bailey; his children, Allison Bailey Emler (Prentice), Harlan Bailey, Shannon Bailey Gallett and Daniel Bailey (Pam); his grandchildren, Eli Emler, Shawna Emler, Katelyn Johnston, Levi Bailey, Micah Bailey, Abigale Bailey, Sam Gallett and Maryella Bailey; and his siblings, Eddie Hunt, Gloria Bailey Farris, Gary Bailey, Terry Bailey and Donnie Bailey.
