With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Edward Staggs of Ethridge, Tennessee, who passed away on September 10, 2021 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert James and Ada Marie Weaver Staggs; and his half-siblings, Lonnie Brewer, Elbert Brewer, Lester Brewer and Nora Mae Staggs.

He is survived by: his wife Sherry Staggs of Ethridge, TN; his sons, Shannon Edward Staggs (Kelly) of Ethridge, TN and Brandon Lee Staggs (Crystal) of Summertown, TN; his stepdaughters, Heather Belew (Sean) of Loretto, TN, Holley Sills of Lawrenceburg, TN and Hope Coffman (Michael) of Leoma, TN; his sister Bonnie Brewer of Ethridge, TN; and his grandchildren, Chelsey Staggs, Lindsey Staggs, Mary Elizabeth Staggs, Madaline Staggs, Ryleigh Belew, Blakeley Sills, John Pierce Sills, Haylee Coffman and Colton Coffman.
