He is survived by: his mother Beverly Spitznagle of Wapello, IA; his siblings, Kathy Blair (David) of Cornersville, IN, Daryl Scarlett of Wapello, IA, Randy Scarlett (Cheryl), Billie Scarlett of Wapello, IA, Faye Oster, Tammy Hawk of Morning Sun, IA and Ivan Spitznagle (Kimberly) of Morning Sun; his brother-in-law Jim Beck (Dixie) of Ethridge, TN; his stepsons, James Bradley Furlough (Barbara) of Charlotte, TN and Daniel Andrew Furlough (Carol) of Lawrenceburg, TN; and his stepgranddaughter Shalya Furlough of Antioch, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
