He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ballentine of Ethridge, TN; his son Jason Ballentine of Ethridge, TN; and his sister Jean Ballentine of Lawrenceburg, TN. He is also survived by several nieces; nephews; great-nieces; and great-nephews.
