She was predeceased by : her parents, Samuel C. Sullivan and Allie Mae Marlin Sullivan; her husband Adron Phifer (PeeWee); her son James Michael Phifer (Mike); her brother James Carol Sullivan (Teddy); her brother-in-law Calvin Fitzgerald; and her grandson Heath Riddle.

She is survived by : her daughter Sherry Riddle (Kenneth) of Ethridge; her sister Glenda Henslee (MD); her grandchildren, Heather Riddle, Joshua Riddle (Megan) and Kim Ferrell (Jason); and her great grandchild Caleb Mack. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
