He is survived by: his wife Judy Hayes; his sons, Mitch Hayes (Rasinda) and Todd Hayes (Laura); his grandchildren, Luke Hayes (Amanda), Jacey Hayes and Kalee Hayes; his great grandchildren, Kyrie, Katelyn, Kenlee, Cohen, Brantley and Ally Hayes; his siblings, Hillard Hayes (Betty) and Anita Perry; and his nieces, Amy Hembree and Caitlyn Givens.
