It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cedric C Sharp of Etowah, Tennessee, who passed away on May 29, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sharp and Loise Sharp; his siblings, Andre, Charles Sharp and Regina Sharp; and the mother of his children Melanie Sharp.

He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Sharp; his daughter Tasha "Cat" Sharp (Leo Murphy) of Etowah; his stepchildren, Damian Hawkins of Cleveland and Amanda Hawkins of Etowah; his grandchildren, Malik, Chauntee, Chablee, Whitney, Aleah, Amilee, X'Zarius and Ayannah; his sisters, Patricia Hundley and Deborah Benford; his brother-in-law Melvin; and his close friend Coker Smith.
