He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldie Lynn Sr. and Margaret Wittenberg Dickey; and his wife Norma Hayes Dickey. He is survived by: his daughters, Jeannie Dickey and Nancy Dickey Blackwood (Vaden); his grandchildren, Dr. Georgia Blackwood Kubic (Andy), George (Amada Blackwood), Scott Blackwood (C. Hayes Blackwood) and Chelsea Kwoka (Jeannie Blackwood); and his sister Florrie Dickey Elmgren. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
