He was predeceased by: his father Albert Blackwell; and his brother Howard Allen Shipley. He is survived by: his mother Anna Bell Cross Blackwell; his siblings, Ginger Collins (Steve), Penny McCall (Keith), Brenda Pike (Wayne), Randall Shipley (Cathy) and Elmer Albert Blackwell; his fiancée Krystal Amos; his fiancée's children, Ashley Amos (Jessica) and Justice Amos (Jade); and his grandchildren, Felicity, Mahala, Delia and Zyan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
