She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Newman and Mary French Newman; her husband Lee Buckner; her sons, Johnny and Joey Corum; her siblings, Mack, Gerald and Sandra "Gail" Guffy; her granddaughter Nicole Corum; her great grandchild Devin Corum; Johnny Newman.
She is survived by: her brother Syms Newman (Dora Newman); her sister-in-law Mary Newman; her nieces and nephews, Larry Corum (Laura Corum), Virgil "Eddie" Corum (Leesa Corum), Sandra "Missy" Corum and Phyllis Hennessy (Steve Hennessy); her grandchildren, Lisha Duggan, Brittany Huggins, Felisha Babineau, Scotty Corum, Steven Hennessy, Raymond Corum, Nathaniel Corum and Dru Gable; and her close friend Barbara Green. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren, four great great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews.
