He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald C. Robinson and Betty Jo Duff; his grandparents, Robert, Pearl Robinson, Ruel and Louise Duff; and his brother Billy Robinson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Tommy Robinson (Leslie Moore), Michael (Elaine Derrick) and Debra Robinson; and his brother-in-law Ben Whitaker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
