She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Armstrong and Donna Mae Armstrong; her husband Joe Carden; and her siblings, Annie Mae Boyd, Charlene Scruggs, Elizabeth Moss and Joseph Armstrong.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Williams (Frannie); her sisters, Mary Nell Douglas of Etowah, TN., Rosalee Colbert of Etowah, TN. and Christine Lowary of Etowah, TN.; and her close friends, Eloise Moore, Jeff and Holly Harris. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many family and friends.
