She was predeceased by: her husband Delbert Ernest Smith; her parents, Rev. Herman Guthrie and Mary Guthrie; her son Delbert Frazier Smith; and her father-in-law Rev. Gene (Geneva Smith).
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Wooten and Deborah; her son-in-law Jeff Swafford; her son Larry Smith; her siblings, Marvelene Casteel and Gene; and her sister-in-law Laura Guthrie. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
