He is survived by: his wife Tana Logan Kelly; his son Joshua Kelly; his daughter-in-law Jessica Holcombe; his grandchildren, Kahner Gray, Divahna Kelly, Harlow Kelly and Kamison Gray; his sister Bonny; his brother-in-law Tom Aaron; and his aunts and uncles, Gayle and Doyle Boring.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Conasauga Cemetery (252 Co Rd 876, Englewood, TN 37329).
