She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Sue Blankenship Summars and Donnie Ray Summars Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Sasha Anderson (Jon) and Colton Clark (Hillery); her grandchildren, Castiel Anderson, Kaylee Clark and Lily Clark; her brothers, Donnie Ray Summars Jr. (Ginger) and Tim Summars (Sharon); her nieces and nephews, Chelsie Summars, Tristan Summars and Logan Linberry; and her former husband Brian Clark.
