He was predeceased by: his father Bob A. Cooley; and his sister Pam Merrell (Cooley). He is survived by: his wife Lori Cooley (Hayes); his sons, Robert Scott "Bobby" Cooley, Jr. (Amanda Taylor) of Ashland City, TN and Brian Allen Cooley (Ariel) of Lenoir City, TN; his grandchildren, Kaegan Bartel and Hayden Haynes of Lenoir City, TN; his mother Mary Gladys Cooley of Athens, TN; and his sisters, Susie Cooley and Kim Martin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews; great-great-nieces and nephews and many, many friends.
