He was predeceased by: his father Ronald "Ronnie" Moore; his grandparents, George, Bell Moore, Leslie and Virgie White; and his friend Everett Mashburn.
He is survived by: his wife Melanie Moore; his mother Judy Moore; his children, Koty Moore and Brittany Oetting; his stepsons, Chris (Jenny Parker), Cody and Ashley Hurst; his grandchildren, Logan Oetting, Bella Adams, Dawson Hurst, Emmet Parker, Elijah Moore, Bradley Parker and Daxton Hurst; and his siblings, Dawn, Travis Moon and Kami Moore. He is also survived by several aunts uncles, and nephews.
