She was predeceased by: her husband James Luther Jack; her children, Eric Jack, Erica Jack, Joann Bird and Daisy Emmert; and her grandson Brian Chrisman.

She is survived by: her son Paul Jack; her grandchildren, Jasmine Emmert, Chris Borden, Alexis, Andy Donegan and Anna Millsaps; her great grandchildren, Maisie Donegan and Brianna Chrisman; and her pet Meow Meow.
