He is survived by: his wife Larraine Lucas Hayes of Etowah; his children, Dustin Hayes of Alabama and Cortney Hayes of Maitland, FL; his grandchildren, Mason and Sabrina Hayes; his great grandchild Sarah Hayes; and his brothers, Barry Hayes (Cathy) of Cleveland and Alex Hayes of Cleveland. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
