She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Fugate and Clearcy McDonald Fugate; and her siblings, Morgan "Jet" Fugate, Fred Fugate, James "Coon" Fugate, Mick Gravitt, Elizabeth Smith, Frances Daniels and Mary Sue West.
She is survived by: her husband Dr. Roger Rothwell of Evensville, Tennessee; her children, Cindy Doss (Bobby) of Dayton and Tim Rothwell (Nikki) of Cleveland, Tennessee; her sister Linda Gentry (Tommy) of Dayton, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Nathan Rothwell (Maddie), Holden Doss, McKenna Welchel (Trent), Gage Rothwell (Gabby Slattery) and Mason Rothwell (Laney); and her great grandchild Wiley Welchel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Vaughn Funeral Home (150 New Lake Rd, Spring City, TN 37381). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
