James Loyd touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Wallace Parnell, Sr. and Helen L. "Honey" Yates Parnell; and his siblings, Neil Wallace Parnell, Jr., Mildred Hopwood and Nina Sue Hendon.
He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Vota Parnell; his children, James Loyd Parnell, Jr. (Wheels) and Susan Parnell Hughes; his son-in-law Travis Hughes; his grandchildren, Hunter and Taylor Hughes; his niece Bonny Hopwood; and his nephew Barney Hopwood. He is also survived by cousins, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children, a cause close to Loyd's heart.
