He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Ivy and Beulah Ivy. He is survived by: his wife Glenda "Earlene" Ivy; and his children, Marilyn McCord, Gail Comstock, Chris Ivy and Dwight Ivy. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
