She is survived by: her sons, Justin (Janet) and Tim (Kristie); her granddaughters, Stephanie Phillips (Brett), Kay Lauren Shope, Megan Morales (Christian) and Natalie Farmer (Nathan); her great grandchildren, Sullivan, Liza Ruth Phillips, Truett Shope, Chase, Ava, Emery Fambrough and Madelyn Morales; and her siblings, Eugene (Ruby), Eloise, Dorothy and Ronald Buttrey (Janice). She is also survived by her sons and daughters-in-law.
