He is survived by: his sons, Scott Forrest (Kassy McGhee) of Dickson and Eric Forrest (Marissa) of Fairview; his daughter-in-law Melissa Forrest of Fairview; his brother Ernest Forrest, Jr. of White Bluff; his grandchildren, Daniel Forrest, Erica Forrest, Jeremiah Forrest and Zacharie Forrest; and his great grandchildren, Delilah, Greyson, Ryder, Videl and Leilani.
