He was predeceased by: his parents, John William and Dollie Parker Hall; his siblings, Bettie Beard (Mitchell) and Bobby Hall (Carol); and his brother-in-law Lewis Davidson.

He is survived by: his wife Martha Hall; his children, Regina Hall Sullivan (Mike), Keith Hall (Janit) and Kevin Hall (Angie); his grandchildren, Ann Sullivan, Ben Sullivan, Kameron Hall (Katie), Justin Hall, Colton Hall and Hunter Hall; his great grandchild Barrett Hall; and his sister Peggie Davidson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
