She was predeceased by: her spouse Kendell Butcher. She is survived by: her son Scott (Emily) of Clarksville, TN; her grandchildren, Kendell Blake and Kathleen Blair; her sister Sandra England of Fuquay Varina, NC; her stepchildren, David Butcher (Harumi) of Maryville, TN and Rebecca Burks of Jefferson City, TN; and her stepgrandson Taylor Burks of Knoxville, TN..
