With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Darryl Taylor of Fall Branch, Tennessee, born in Johnson City, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 27, 2026 at the age of 63. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Darryl leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herb Taylor and Jean Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Yendiame Taylor; his children, Melony Almany (Daniel) and Derrick Taylor (Jessica); his grandsons, Austin Cox, Peyton Cox and Mason Taylor; and his sisters, Debbie Hillman (Glen) and Barbie Taylor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
