He was predeceased by: his father Owen Clark; his brothers, Denver Clark, Charles D. "Tub" Clark, Owen E. "Spider" Clark, Jr. and Those; his wife Janice Cross Clark; his children, Missy Clark (Beth Trent) and Phil Clark, Jr. (Brenda); his grandchildren, Sydnie Parmer (Jason), Dylan Clark and Trey Clark; his great grandchild Jackson Royal Parmer; his stepgrandson Timmy Hett (Cierra); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Owen and Addie Hett; his sister Doris Sharrett; his nephew Chuck Clark (Kelli); and his niece Krystal Sharrett.
