He was predeceased by: his brothers, Neal Foulk and Wayne Foulk; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Blakely Foulk. He is survived by: his wife Faye Foulk; and his daughters, Robin Carico (Brent) and Marti Harrison (Greg). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
