He is survived by: his parents, William Chester Jones of Spruce Pine and Pamela Buchanan Borders; his stepfather Ken Borders of Spruce Pine; his wife Aletta Johnson; his daughters, Amber Gunter (Ricky) of Telford and Kayla Poarch (Chris) of Jonesborough, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Melanie Poarch of Jonesborough, Grayson Poarch of Jonesborough and Aiden Gunter of Telford; his sister Jelinda "Cotton" Glenn (Andrew) of Spruce Pine; his niece Ashley Fox (Tim); his nephews, Peyton Green and Ayden Glenn; his aunt Janet; and his uncle Mark (Priscilla). He is also survived by several other aunts and uncles; and many beloved nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
