He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Wooten and Flossie Cronan Wooten; his wife Martha Dunn Wooten; his sister Cynthia Davis; and his granddaughter Heather Trentham.
He is survived by: his children, Angela Raper (Ray) of Farner, Timothy Mack "Buck" Wooten (Carrie) of Mineral Bluff and Ricky Bell (Pam) of Benton; his grandchildren, Justin Trentham, Phillip Trentham (Dana), Haven Wooten, Austin Wooten and Cynthia Farris (Logan); his great grandchildren, Charleigh Wooten, Kinsley Wooten, Novaleigh Wooten, Leigha Bradburn, Levi Trentham and Kyren Trentham; his siblings, Tony Wooten (Judy) of Benton, Benny Wooten (Lucille) of Benton, Joyce Harron (Jerry) of Benton and Susie Keith (Eldon) of Benton; and his brother-in-law Dwayne Davis of Benton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
