He was predeceased by: his parents, Cole Hyatt and Fannie Brendle Hyatt; his wife Geneva Price Hyatt; his son Sam; and his daughter-in-law Kristi Hyatt.
He is survived by: his children, Judy (Russell McMillan), Donna (Patrick Anderson), Terry Rose and Ken (Karen Hyatt); his grandchildren, Tracie McMillan (Ken Kingsley), Penny McMillan Hughes (Ricky), Bella Anderson, Nathan Hyatt, William Hyatt, Andrew Hyatt, Robert Hyatt, Dea Hyatt and Duane Hyatt; his great grandchildren, Mila Hughes, R. C. Beaver (Shelby) and Makala Beaver; and his great great grandchildren, Winter Beaver, Wilson Beaver, Wrenly Beaver and Damien Cole Hyatt.
