She was predeceased by: her parents, Noble Clyde and Mary Wrethel Higdon Mahan; and her brothers, David Mahan, Gene Mahan and Rex Mahan.
She is survived by: her husband Lowell Dean Holt, Sr.; her son Lowell Dean Holt, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Danielle Holt of Farner, TN; her siblings, Larry (Myona "Boots" Mahan), Matthew Mahan of Waleska, GA, Kathy Childers of Calhoun, GA and Brenda (Doug McDaniel); and her grandchildren, Anya and Jonathan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
