It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joseph Myers of Farragut, Tennessee, who passed away on August 4, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Clifford and Cora Ellen Myers. He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Jennifer Myers; his son Joe; his wife Elisabeth Traub Myers (Lissy); his sons, J. Robert Myers and Jeffrey Myers; his stepdaughter Jennifer Allen Myers; his grandsons, Connor and Aidan Myers; his sister Juanita Bishop; and his caregivers, Joe and Elena. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Funeral Home and Cremations Farragut Chapel (11915 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37934). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
The family welcomes either floral arrangements or a donation in his honor to the Knoxville FISH Pantry, a cause he cared deeply about.
