She is survived by: her son Jerry; her daughter-in-law Dee Dee Herbert; her granddaughter Abbie Herbert of Children's Hospital; her brother-in-law Jack Herbert; and her sisters, Rachel Palmer (E. O.), Rita Duncan (Ray) and Dale McKenzie (Jerry). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
