Linda N. Whitehead Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Linda N. Whitehead of Farragut, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 12, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Linda departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Linda. Though Linda may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Lillard (Betty Ann Sharp) and Roy Lillard (Margaret Whitehead); her brother Lance Sharp; and her grandson Taylor Blake Whitehead. She is survived by: her husband Gerald Whitehead; her children, Amy Whitehead Wilcox (John) and Gregory Whitehead (Brenda); her grandchildren, Mackenzie, Jackson and Grayson; and her brothers, Brian and Jeffrey Sharp.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Berry Highland Memorial (5315 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Berry Highland Memorial Cemetery (5315 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919).
