He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Garrison and Claude Garrison. He is survived by: his wife Phylis Scales Garrison; his daughters, Claudia Stallings (Mike) and Paula Herston; his sister Mary Gowens; and his sister-in-law Doris Davis.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Concord United Methodist Church (11020 Roane Dr, Knoxville, TN 37934). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the church's music ministry.
