He is survived by : his wife Janice; his son Michael (Margaret) of Atlanta, GA; his sister Debbie Underwood (Edwin) of Harriman; his siblings-in-law, Linda Smith of Oak Ridge and Don Willis (Mary Jo) of Ooltewah, TN; his nephews, Kris Underwood (Amanda) of Harriman and Andy Underwood (Mary Beth) of Mt. Juliet, TN; his niece Nicole Outlaw (Michael) of Moyock, NC.; his great-nieces, Brooke Underwood and Amelia Underwood; and his great-nephew Elias Underwood.
